Tech Lead (Japan-Based)
We’re looking for a Tech Lead to take charge of an exciting web and AI project. In this role, you’ll be working with a global team, build scalable solutions, and innovate with the latest technologies.

Key Skills:
- Full-Stack Development: Laravel 11, React JS, GraphQL.
- Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- Database: Postgres, VectorDB(Pinecone).
- AI/ML: OpenAI API integration, Agentic AI workflows, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Architecture: API design, microservices, scalable systems.
- DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with other AI/ML frameworks and tools (nice to have).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Full-Stack Developer, or similar leadership role.
- 5+ years in web and cloud-based application development.
- Experience leading distributed or cross-border teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication - English.
Nice to have - Japanese language proficiency (JLPT certified or conversational Nihongo)
